Mother Loss Support Group Begins

February 11, 2025

At A Reimagined Life, we know that grieving can be an isolating experience, but it does not have to be. Whether you have lost someone significant to you through death or have experienced the loss of a close relationship through estrangement or divorce, the tangle of emotions can bring feelings of instability, uncertainty, fear and intense sadness.

It is common to feel lost, out of control and overwhelmed. Healing from loss of any kind requires active engagement with the grief process. When you invest in my 8 week, 1:1 intensive sessions, you will be able to share your story of loss and grief in a safe, non-judgmental space. You will be fully supported as we explore and understand complicated emotions by moving through feelings of anxiety, anger and guilt.

Through my compassionate coaching, you will learn effective coping strategies, methods to move forward in life by honoring your loved one’s memory, and the tools needed to let go of anger, fear, regret and guilt. You will not be stuck in grief forever - rather, you can learn to process grief throughout life’s challenges to emerge stronger and wiser as you live your full potential.

If you are struggling in any way with any of the following life-transforming challenges, I’d love to help you reimagine your circumstances to find your way through to a happier, healthier life:

  • Loss of a loved one

  • Loss of a marriage through divorce or widowhood

  • Estrangement from a family member or friend

  • Loss a job/career or a place to call home

  • Loss of autonomy and independence due to illness or accident

  • Grief and loneliness from experiencing an empty nest

  • Loss of hope when managing the challenges of raising
